From the year 2000 until 2005 Denmark has had a very constant growth rate of 6,66% to 8,48% per year. In 2010 Denmark had a significant growth of 5,17% compared to 2009, whilst the number of golfers in 2009 even decreased by -0,13%. From 2010 to 2011 the growth in Denmark suffered its greatest depression since 2002. Nevertheless, in 2012 the growth of golf improved leaving the country's growth rate above the average 0.65%. The forecasts of growth for 2013 show consistency for Denmark and improvements in numbers of participants.
